About Pecan Lane Farm

Pecan Lane Farm is a 36-acre full-service hunter/jumper show barn conveniently located just outside of Watkinsville and 15 minutes from the University of Georgia campus. The new barns beginnings started in August of 2015 when Katie Motes and Stephanie Cumming partnered up to build their dream barn. The property was picked and the barn's beautiful plans were drawn! The horses moved onto the new property in January 2016 while construction was underway and in September 2016 the doors opened! Our brand new facility offers 30 stalls in the upper barn and 10 stalls in the lower barn, an outdoor jumping arena and a covered lighted arena. Both barns are equipped with a fly system and fans for each stall. We offer exceptional care along with lessons and training from beginner through advanced. We attend several rated shows per month as well as local shows during the season.
